We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI)

  • APO/FPO addresses

Note: Some battery-operated toys have shipping restrictions.

  • Standard processing time: 1-2 business days

  • Holiday processing: 3-5 business days (Nov-Jan)

  • Custom instruments: Additional 3-5 days processing

Orders placed after 2 PM PST are processed the next business day.

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect immediately upon delivery

  • Report within 48 hours with photos

  • We’ll replace or refund

Lost Packages

  • We’ll initiate carrier investigation

Wrong Items

  • Include photos of received items
